Something like on the White house page and many other sites, it seems very convinient to put all the links under all categories in the footer.

How to do it, any tutorials out there or simple templates that I can learn from?

Just type the text like normal for all your footer links, then when you want to get the next line put in <br>, and then continue your text. Then set the link for each individual item. This is very easy and simple to do and is very basic HTML.
