business card with bumpy feel to it

does anyone know where i can make a business card that allows me to have a kind of bevel bumpy of my logo?

for example: i have "bsxiong" really big on the back. and when people run their fingers pass it, they can feel the letters.

i know that kind cards when the letters are embossed on the card. i saw that kind of cards on shops all over. you can ask printing services or the people who creates wedding invitations., i think they do that as well.
