Page Selection

I am looking for a SCRIPT, preferably JavaScript, that selects pages, in a specific rotation, each time the entry page is entered.

EXAMPLE:
Visitor ONE enters the entry page and goes to PAGE 1.

When Visitor TWO enters the entry page he/she goes to Page 2.

etc... until the last page is visited, then the sequence starts over.

I have heard of a page background selector that did this, but I think it was RANDOM...

I need for this to work in a SPECIFIC sequence...

I am not opposed to CGI/PERL...

I promise to reward whoever helps me with this...
