Hello,
I posted a similar question to this a couple of weeks ago but I thought it would be more relevent to start a new thread.
I'm wanting to create a survey/questionnaire that i can put onto my website. Although using a site to generate a questionnaire is extremly effective I dont wish to do this. I want to do this as minimal effort as possible. i.e I dont want to create a database. From what i understand javascript can be written and the result written into a text file.
I'd appreciate any suggestions or being pointed to a good resource or any advice in general.
