What's best for seo is not having dozens of spam links in a fake signature on a forum after posting a question that you've copy pasted from somewhere in an inept attempt to disguise your unwanted spam as a valuable post for the community.
Personally I would never deal with any company that uses spam as a marketing tool, so even if I was looking for fabrics I wouldn't give my money to fabric-designs[dot]co[dot]uk.

hello,
The static website consists of web pages arbitrarily put together. These pages are located on a server in the same state as you'd view them with your browser.
The dynamic website brings together several underlying technologies. It stores the content in a database and using a script, dynamically retrieves and packages that content into a web page before it is sent to the client browser.
