ez,

Before you even start nitpicking about a design, the first thing I noticed about your site is the content. For the most part it's just a few affiliate program referrals.

The key to getting a visitor's attention, and having them take your site seriously is in a large part, it's content. One trick that you can use to help fill some space, is a streaming media source from a provider such as isyndicate.com, or moreover.com. However, you can't rely 100% on such services, it's also good to create your own. In your case something with a financial ttheme would be helpful, to get your visitors interested in "earning cash". After you've gotten rolling on bringing content to your site, you can then start futsing about how to get it to all fit together. Hope this helps.
