Another crazy but true law suit. If British Telecom has its way, your ISP will need to pay them licensing fees in order to continue providing access to their "hyperlinks", which will increase what you pay to get online. Does the case have a leg?

If this patent gets to stand, already gone to court in the states i think, the license fees will only have to be paid outside Europe. IE you will have to pay in the States but not in the UK. HA HA HA HA... European patents or somthing like that have expired, and if BT win... American patents still come into effect.

BT won't win tho.
