Spry Menu Help!

Hi,

My website is www.bcsticketsnow.com.

My spry menu at the top works perfectly in firefox, not so perfectly in IE. In IE the menu shows up in the top left corner when you mouseover. In firefox it correctly drops down below the parent item.

I made it in dreamweaver. Any idea why it does that?
