buying a listing

Yahoo and Looksmart both offer an express listing for $199..but Looksmart syas you get the money back if they don't list you. yahoo they keep it anyway, and looksmart says they reach 30% more interent users than Yahoo. D you think yahoo is worth it if they dont give the money back and deny you a listing?
