Looking to obtain good designer!

I am building a small website, about 10-20 pages with limited content, for which I want a somewhat professional look. I know the basics but am interested in finding someone who can take the next step in starting me off so all I have to do is add additional product pages. I am most definately willing to pay, the more services you can offer (hopefully by providing examples of your work), the more I am willing to pay. Help the guy out, I doubt he is interested in what design packages you have laid your hands on and consider yourself to be proficient in. If you are good then the results will speak for themselves. Post urls to your work, help him judge for himself if you have what he is looking for.
