WELL THERE ARE A LOT OF FREE WEB HOSTS OUT THERE THE MOST COMMON BEING www.freewebs.com but they don't allow php hosting!! i have found a decent host with a lot of stuff including free email forwarding and a lot neat features!! although sometimes they are down due to server maintenance!! go to www.hostrator.com
