Is there any place just offers JUST a free cgi bin?

Hi stickmanland,

If you have a host that doesn't offer cgi access, you can probably just create an account on a large host such as hypermart.net that does offer cgi access, and host your scripts there. I do not believe they are using prevention to stop outside linking to material on their servers
