I don't know if you can legally do that. You have the resell rights, but I don't think that means that you have a blanket permission to do what you like with someone else's work.

The person i baught them from said i can give them away for free or sell them at any price i like, i am not calling the stuff mine, or changing any codes or designs i baught resell rights and i can sell them or give them away for free, nothing illegal doing that.
