hey guys/gals

I'm part of a university group, and I'm doing a project where students can rate their courses online.

I'm the only one with xhtml, css, and a little js experience in the group. We need something that will help us put together a website like http://www.rateyouruni.com.au or http://www.ratemyprofessors.com/.

Ideally users would be able to add their own courses to the site and/or add their own answers to the surveys online, with or without registering.
They should be able to see the results without registering or voting.

I've only a little experience with php or anything else and I don't really want any more. Survey questions would be about 5 or 6 long, with a comment section.

We don't care if the template of the site is a wordpress blog or a website we make from scratch, but we only have a month and there's four of us.

I've been through the web looking for software, but I'm wondering if someone can recommend anything. We don't have access to the cpanel of the domain, as it's not ours so we would have to install everything from scratch.

thanks for any opinions
