www.vantagenet.com (http://www.vantagenet.com) can help with the polls, pick the navy top, with white text and poll section grey, then pick the no advertisment poll, when finished copy html, open front page express/front page 2000, you know copy the vantagenet.com poll code including <---satrt vantagenet.com poll ---. and end code, if this isnt added your poll wont work!
2nd mouse button click on top cell, cell properties, change cell backround from custon to the colour you wish, do the same with the top bottom half
