Anyone know good areas to advertise a website in the fitness industry (personal training)?

There's always google adwords (you can advertise not only on google, but run text or graphic ads on targeted sites automatically). I also did a search on text-link-ads.com for the word "fitness", and there were many results (you can also find a coupon for an almost free campaign there in the coupons section:

There are also other ad broker sites such as http://www.buysellads.com and http://www.adbrite.com where you can find targeted sites to advertise on.

Lastly, just run some fitness related google searches and contact the individual websites to see if they have sponsorship opportunities.
