disclaimer and privacy policy

:D I think that my site needs a disclaimer and privacy policy to lay down some rules... is there anywhere I can get a standard one of each or do I have to write my own ? ?

If your website is a Uk site then Go and find some UK websites Privacy and Disclaimer statment and copy it.Just change the names to your website:D

etrust/truste use to have an online privacy wizard. That is now long gone, however they still have online documentation with model privacy statements (almost as good as using a wizard, you just fill in some blanks):
