I will transfer the domain name to wherever you'd like it to go, then send you all the files so that you can re-upload them.
The site is currently hosted along side several other sites that I still use, therefore I cannot just give you admin access to it as it is. YOU MUST REHOST it somewhere else, off of my current hosting package.

I created this site using readily available templates which I edited to suit my needs. Your buying the time it took me to set it up, not exclusive rights to the template.
I originally did all of this work for free for some people who wanted to start the site, with the understanding that they pay the hosting fees. However, they failed to pay the hosting fees for the past year and half, so I am reselling the work, in order to earn back a bit of the money I spent to keep it hosted.
