I have read a bunch of stuff on this and checked the 14 pages, but I am getting confused.

Will I be able to have my site open up full size according to the setting of the user computer by added a script to my site pages?

I've never heard of a script that does that. You can achieve that by laying your site out in percentage widths

You can't resize a window using HTML alone. There is a javascript out there that will do what you want (I'll just move this over to Clientside Scripting for you), but you'll have to remember that not everyone uses the full screen to view HTML pages. Not everyone likes to and they tend not to return to pages that force them to use a full screen.
