The only criticism I would have are your choice of colors. Dark backgrounds, and black is as dark as you can get, are troublesome for some people. Yellow on black works because there is good contrast. Blue on black not so good. Ditto, green, purple(?). I would change the color scheme, it's difficult to read.

The colors present a big problem for me.
The sheer amount of different colors on the site makes me want to click off of it. So, I think if you made it more attractive (and easier on the eyes), you would be more likely to get people to actually stay and read some of the content on your site.
Secondly, tables were never intended to be used to create layouts. I know its very tempting to use tables, especially if you happen to be using a WYSIWYG editor.
You should look into using CSS instead. Perhaps check this link aswell:

Thanks Guys Back to school for me. I agree with the color. Just don't want a borring web site. I get the color part. The tables do look bulky I thought there may be issues on them. I've just been lazy trying to find other programming variations. I'm using coffee cup a an editor. My goal is to make it fun. I will get better colors. Im sorta working on many many projects at once so its kinda difficult doing upadating so much but I will ... thanks again guys for your advice..... cheers

i would also like to point out that the fact that your site seems to use widget from around 10 different sites doesnt make it fun instead the many different themes seem to overpower me with confusion on what the site is about
i suggest making the frontpage just about the site and making a separate page which links to pages with all the stuff. Some of the widgets like the polls can stay as long as they fit with the theme
finally do NOT use coffee cup editor since it not only takes the fun out of programming but also takes away the level of understanding which you get if you hard code it yourself

Content must be very informative and should also cover the whole page.

Your home page could contain the description of what your site is about.
There is no way anyone find out what the site is about. It rather seems to be like a Directory

Looks like it was created 20 years ago. Dreadful in all honesty.
I can't think of one positive.
