My webdesign company is Rain Designs www.raindesigns.com I was wondering what you guys though I should charge for a 10 page website with 1 header. I was thinking around 600 but tell me what you think.

Pricing depends on the quality of your work.When you say 600 do you mean 600 USD and is that price including domain registration and hosting? If its USD then I think its a little too much for a 10 page html website.

I am talking about only the coding and only the graphics. I have myself a server that I built but I don't have the money to colocate it. Nor do I have the money for my own t1 line. So what is a reasonable price for a 10 page website with 1 header and maybe 1 or 2 other small graphics?

There is no standard price, you charge whatever you can get. 10 pages (basic HTML code) and a couple of small graphics.... $100 tops. If you get plenty of work at $100 dollars raise your price.
