SportingTalk.Ca Sports Network with 6 Domains!!

Looking for offers on a Sports Network - includes 6 domains and 5 sites (a main site with forum, one each for NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL)

The main site is http://sportingtalk.ca and you can find the rest from there though the NFL one may not be up as I am still working on it but will complete it for whomever buys it. The sites use wordpress and a premium theme which i have a developers license for.

So 237 visits last month. For a forum that is pretty bad. Less that 10 hits a day. However it is set up and working. How much do you charge for this? Do you have any real estate forums?
