Creating a inventoy

I am fairly new to this.

Currently I am a working on a car dealer website which i have finished the layout and everything for. After showing it to my client he like it and the only thing left that he wanted was to create a inventory page where you can up and rremove car as they come and go. Is there a simple script php or mysql code that would help me accomplish this? To allow me to upload ppictures and descriptions easily?

I think i am looking for acontent management system that my client can access to add and remove cars along with their description.
