How to show the popup window by clicking the table header?

how to show the popup window which contains the alphabets(A to Z) by clicking the table header by right click of the mouse.The popup window should display at the point of the mouse clicked.

The popup is showed, if we click the any one of alphabets in popup window, the seleted alphabet should set in the right corner of the table header.
