How do you choose Guides and Admin people?

Those persons refered to as Admin consist of management members on The Big Resources Network.
Jason - Big Boss
Jacob - Big Boss ( sometimes grumpy according to Jason...hehee )
Doni and myself - developers of FreeWebTemplates and A1 JavaScripts.
I also have several duties on 123webmaster.

The term Guides is left over from the days when htmlforums was part of 123webmaster. 123webmaster has guides who maintain the link database and some of those active members became moderators of the forum. Now htmlforums has gone its own way from 123webmaster, guides are not used however the name still remains. This will be updated when the new forum layout comes into place.
