Looking for work

Hello everyone :) I've been looking for some work to do and maybe even someone to partner up with. I have been developing websites for around 9 years (mainly personal and clan websites) and would like to expand my portfolio. I am no good with designing, but I am experienced with slicing and coding psd into clean html/css (and Javascript if needed) with cross-browser functionality. I do not have many examples of my work, except for a project I am working on located at: http://www.expertgamingtech.com/website/ (not finished yet). All layouts I create are table-less.

I am also experienced with PHP/Mysql and have mainly done website administration panels for website updates. I have not worked with PHP too much in the recent years but can still create scripts easily.

I need a clone of http://grid.orch8.net/clippings/grab it must have almost exactly the same functionality as the site, but a different and very simple design. I have limited funds and my budget is $80 at a push. do you think you could do this?

Thanks for the offer but looking at their source, it would take more knowledge of javascript for me to be able to duplicate this. Sorry.
