I think unless you are selling products or offer computer type forums or java/javascript/dhtml/perl/php/asp/xhtml scripts, traffic may be slow.

What montroze said makes a lot of sense, but isn't entirely true. While you do not need to be specifically selling a product to gain an audience, the general nature of your site does need to change. As it stands now, it much resembles a personal homepage. And without offense to you, the general web surfing population only wants to know so much about you. Since it appears that your site is an attempt to capture the interests of Goth fans, your site needs to be geared towards what Goth enthusiasts care about. This may include reviews on music albums, or about clubs and raves, but can also include areas of dark gothic humor. Which ever way you take the page, regular updating is a big key to getting people to come back. Without the benefit of a return visitor, whatever promotion that you do receive will be a wasted effort.

Once you have retooled your site, you might look for Goth topsite/ranking lists, or other related sites to exchange links with. Good luck.
