Hi,
We currently have 4 free IPS's in this country, all of which I have access to, and sorry to say they are all as bad as each other, most are difficult to connect to during normal times as they are always overloaded, when you can get on, there is huge network delays ( due to traffic I guess ). However if I had to pick one, I would say Z-Free (www.zfree.co.nz) is my pick, although thier routers fail more often for short times, you can connect most times and when they're up, they're fast :)
Guess that doesn't help US or other countries, but thats my input :D

Hey gang, new user here...I've tried almost all of the free ISP's. The 2 that I use are AltaVista and iwin.com.

I've never had problems with AltaVista, and the only problems I've encountered with iwin.com is that they can slow down at times, but nioether of them have crashed my computer. There are no pop up ads on either of them, and you don't have to click on anything to stay connected like you have to with Excite's service.
