CSS Sub Menu issues in IE

Hello, I am having a small issue with my CSS sub menu in my weather software I have on my page in IE. This only happens with my weather app, if you were to browse other pages in IE the menus work fine. If you mouse over information, pics, videos you will see sub menus fly out. Then you will see the problem, their is a huge space. In FF it is fine and perfect as always. Any idea why it might be doing this?
